RETURN and REFUND POLICY

SALE AND MEGA SALE RULES FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE - (Applicable on Ongoing Flat 45% Flat off on sarees,Suits,Gowns and Kurtis.
1. Sale Items Cannot be returned/exchanged , except damaged.
2. In case of damaged unboxing video is essential for any claim.
Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
PLEASE NOTE WITH EFFECT FROM 20TH APRIL 2021 , REVERSE PICKUP IS Only Available on Paid Basis.
RETURNS- All returns must be notified with in 48hrs , through whatsapp or email mentioning Order id .
FABRIC Returns- Only Precut Fabric Can be returned. No Returns will be entertained on Fabrics which are cut from roll.
Buyer can return through any reliable traceable courier or can ask for a reverse pickup service from us at an charge of Rs.150(For 0.5-1Kg Parcel) and Rs.250(For 1.5 to 2 Kg parcel)
Refund/Exchange are possible . if Reverse pickup is availed than charges will be deducted from total towards refund/exchange amount (excluding Cash on Delivery Charges)NO REFUND OF CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES , Only item value will be refunded.
For Example - Item Value Rs.500
Cash on Delivery Rs.90
Refund/Exchange amount will be Rs.500
If taken Reverse Pickup (0.5 kg to 1Kg) Rs.500-Rs.150 = Rs.350 will be refunded.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM -
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Anvi Creations may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future. Please make a video of opening the package , if the parcel looking tempered or seal is broken
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Anvi Creations at email@example.com , within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Anvi Creations regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email Anvi Creations at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from ANVI CREATIONS for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, ANVI CREATIONS does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that ANVI CREATIONS shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to ANVI CREATIONS shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to ANVI CREATIONS within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from UTSAV FASHION.
Safe receipt of defective product by ANVI CREATIONS is sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then ANVI CREATIONS shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, ANVI CREATIONS may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
OBLIGATION OF ANVI CREATIONS -
ANVI CREATIONS shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER -
The details of the products or product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of ANVI CREATIONS are only approximate values.
While ANVI CREATIONS shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
The Customer may take note of the following:
1.The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on website and actual product.
2.The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
3.Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
4.Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent Care.
- International Returns will be Refunded partially for the item Only. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for international returns.
- No custom made /Altered items will be taken back.
